The Kenosha Public Library is subject to Wisconsin Statutes relating to public records. Email sent or received by Library employees is subject to these laws. Unless otherwise exempted from the public records law, senders and receivers of Library email should presume that the email is subject to release upon request and to state record retention requirements.

Nothing in this message or its contents should be interpreted to authorize or conclude a binding agreement or contract between the Kenosha Public Library and the recipient of this email and its attachments without the express written confirmation of the Kenosha Public Library Director, who is authorized to enter into lawful contracts.
