  • Printing

There are several factors that may prevent your print job from appearing at the release station. Please verify the following:

    • Accurate Identification: Ensure that the name, email address, or library card number entered at the release station precisely matches the information provided when submitting the print job from your home computer.
    • Release Station Specificity: Print jobs sent remotely are exclusively accessible at the designated print release station. They will not appear in the print queue displayed on public access computers.
    • Processing Time: Allow a few minutes for the print job to process and become available at the release station. Large or complex documents may require additional processing time.
    • File Compatibility: Ensure that your file is a supported file type listed on the Print From Home portal, and if printing a PDF that it's not encrypted.
